Job Title: Butcher

Duties:

Cut, prepare, and display meat and other meat products for sale.
Obtain and fulfil customer orders while maintaining high levels of Customer service.
Prepare the meat processing area and undertake cleaning post processing.
Operate and maintain all meat processing equipment whilst adhering to health and safety regulations in place.
Clean all equipment and workspaces at regular intervals and at the end of day.
Manage, order, and return meat stocks efficiently to minimise wastage.

Salary: £26500 Per Annum working 37.5 hours weekly

Skill, experience, and qualifications required:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced/apprentice trained Butcher.
Excellent butchery and knife skills is required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in operating meat processing machinery.

Job Title: Baker

Duties:

Prepare, produce, and bake bread, rolls, pastries and other desserts as per the set menu.
Set time and speed controls for mixing and blending machines, so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to set instructions.
Measure or weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, whipped cream etc., using scales or graduated containers.
Prepare garnishes and decorate the baked goods.
Maintain an adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensure proper storage and refrigeration.
Keeps spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and utilising proper quantities and rotating products.
Cleans, breaks down and puts away all baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, proofers, floors, freezers, and refrigerators.

Salary: £26500 Per Annum working 37.5 hours weekly

Skill, experience, and qualifications required:

Demonstrate knowledge and ability to operate standard food service equipment safely and effectively.
A thorough understanding of pre-baking, baking, and decorating.
Adaptability and decision-making skills.
Good communication and multi-tasking skills.
Planning, problem-solving and teamwork.
