All orders placed by you with are subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

Maymana Market reserves the right to alter any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any alterations will apply to orders received after that time.


Orders submitted shall not be deemed accepted by Maymana Market until confirmed by the Ethnic Supermarket Order Confirmation notification (e-mail).


Maymana Market reserves the right to alter the price of goods at any time before delivery to reflect any increase in cost to Maymana Market, any change in delivery details or quantities, or any delay caused by you.

Payment can be made by any method specified on the Viva Payments Gateway, Stripe, Square Payments Gateway or Wallet Checkout page of our website. Ethnic Supermarket will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but Maymana Market cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Payment of the total order price, together with the delivery charge, will be debited from the your account after the Ethnic Supermarket Order Confirmation notification has been sent to you, but prior to the goods being delivered.

If the your card issuer fails to make any payment of the price or any delivery charge on behalf of the you, Maymana Market shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries.

Maymana Market make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays or increased timescales may occur during the busy season.

Maymana Market can estimate a date for delivery of goods, but you will understand that it is an estimate.

Maymana Market shall not be liable for any loss caused to you as a result of failure to deliver by the estimated delivery date or such other date or time as may be subsequently agreed.

You must inform Maymana Market if there are any specific instructions with regards to delivery, for example if the delivery address may be difficult for the driver to find. Maymana Market shall not be liable for any loss caused by the driver as a result of failure to provide such instructions.

You have the opportunity to inform Maymana Market if they would like the goods to be left with a neighbour. If you request for goods to be left unsigned for, it is vital that they leave a signed note/message on the outside of the property which the driver can take for our records.

Missing or Damaged Items

All parcels must be checked by you prior to signing the delivery note (unless you have given special instructions that goods can be left in a secure location unsigned for). If there is any damage to the goods or if items are missing, this must be stated on the delivery note where possible and must reported to Ethnic Supermarket within 01 days of the date of delivery. If notification is not made within 01 days of the date of delivery, Maymana Market will not be able to help you.


Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the driver at the time of delivery or if the you wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods.

The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until Maymana Market has received in full the total order price and delivery charge.

Until such time as the goods passes to the you, Maymana Market shall be entitled at any time to require you to deliver up the goods to Maymana Market.

You will not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of Maymana Market. If you do so, all monies owing by you to Maymana Market shall become due and payable.
